WELCOME
The Perkiomen Valley Music Boosters is a public 501(c)(3) tax deductible
charitable organization, consisting of parents/guardians and interested
community members, whose purpose is to work in conjunction with Band, Choral,
and Orchestra Directors to support and benefit students in the Perkiomen Valley
School District music program.

Mandatory Meeting September 12, 7:30pm HS Auditorium
The September meeting will be very important and a mandatory meeting
for the Spring 2012 Music Department Trip. We will also approve the 2011-12
budget and have selection of new officers tofill the spots currently open
(President, VP Band, Secretary). Please make plans to attend.

Please distribute this flyer electronically or paper to all students, family,
friends, etc.
New By-laws (Updated August 9, 2010)
The new by-laws are up on the site on the meetings page
in PDF format.
BY-LAWS were Updated August 2010 to include:

under H. BUDGETS: new paragraph (#2) regarding guidelines for conducting
virtual meetings (eg, via email or conference call)

new item J. STUDENT ACCOUNTS: description of student accounts; guidelines for
unused balance upon student graduation; guidelines for handling overpayments.
The booster store is still open with reduced hours. Blankets, car flags, and tee
shirts are still available after the booster meetings or during any of our
events (Valley Jazz, Indoor show, etc.). Forms for golf shirts are available on
the fundraiser
page.
